Clay, Macy, Lance, Axl, and Aaron are graduating from the Knights' Academy! After years of training, the knights are ready to receive their NEXO shields and take their place as defenders of Knighton. But the knights will have to fight to save the kingdom much sooner than they expected! Jestro, the king's jester, is tired of being laughed at -- even though that's his job! Instead, he decides to team up with the fearsome Book of Monsters and try something new: being evil. Unfortunately for the knights, Jestro is much better at destroying towns with lava monsters than he is at telling knock-knock jokes. Can the new knights work together to defeat the villainous duo?
