A businessman who wants to bring pro basketball to Baltimore is murdered shortly after a negative article is published in the local newspaper exposing his questionable past--and the editors were surprised because they had decided not to run it. They turn to Tess Monaghan to find out who inserted the cancelled newstory which led to the man's death.
