When solicitor Hugh Gwynne receives a letter jeopardizing his client Tom's compensation case for post-traumatic stress disorder he is thrown into an ethical quandry. For Hugh the dilemma is intensified by the contrast between his own idyllic existence and Tom's troubled life.
