Based off the third installment in VolumeC. Andrews's Dollanganger Series, brother and sister Christopher and Cathy Dollanganger are living together with their two sons, who know nothing about their incestuous beginning Christopher and Cathy think that their dark secrets are behind them until a strange woman moves to the neighborhood and befriends their youngest son, Bart. When Bart starts acting strangely and behaving coldly to his parents, Christopher and Cathy take a closer look at this newcomer to the neighborhood and realize it is their mother, Corinne Dollanganger, just as all of their secrets comes out into the open.
