When Joanne Kilbourn's husband, Zack Shreve, runs for mayor of Regina, things quickly turn vicious, and Joanne must figure out why a series of violent incidents, seemingly related to the election, all lead back to a mysterious property in the impoverished community of North Central Regina: 12 Rose Street.
