Doctors without Borders physician Jonathan Ransom goes on the run after he is threatened with life imprisonment when surveillance footage shows that he possibly helped terrorists during a London bombing. He soon discovers that his only hope is to become a spy himself in order to track down his wife and uncover the conspiracy she appears to be controlling.
