After Juan Cabrillo and his crew on the Oregon complete a top secret mission against Iran in the Persian Gulf, they come across a cruise ship adrift at sea. As Cabrillo tries to determine why hundreds of bodies litter the cruise ship's deck, explosions rack the length of the ship. Cabrillo barely escapes with his own life and finds himself investigating a cult with lethal plans for the human race.
